Designed polyfunctional complex is located in Žilina, close to Vlčince housing estate, near Žilina University campus, shopping centre / Baumax, Carrefour, Kaufland, sport centre,swimming pool, sport hall and tennis centre.

The complex will have a good traffic access and it combines comfortable city housing and upper communications facilities with additional sport-relaxation function. The project has been designed considering rising demands for technical equipment, energy saving, quality and function.

The complex will consist of two parts : residential tower A – 22 floors and residential tower B – 3-8 floors.
